It’s official. Mercedes-AMG and MV Agusta announced a strategic partnership in the marketing/sales area. Moreover, Mercedes-AMG will buy 25% interest in MV Agusta.
There is no news about the transaction value, but it is certain that Mercedes will have an influence over MV Agusta. The Germans will name a person in MV Agusta’s board of directors and, according to the official press release, it will be a long-term partnership.
