The British Paparazzi spotted what appears to be the new Triumph 1100. If the actual bike from the pictures will resemble with the final version, the super Bonnie will feature the same classic look as the smaller 865cc brother.
In the images published by MCN we can see that the engine is still a parallel twin in the good old Triumph tradition. Another element that can be observed is a radiator mounted in the front of the engine between the exhaust pipes so this theoretically means the new Bonneville 1100 will be water-cooled. Still it is not known if the radiator is really a feature or it’s just mounted for show as the engine still looks like an air cooled engine.
The wheels have spokes and help to maintain the classic appeal of the bike. All this is coming a few months after two other Bonneville motorcycles were photographed in Spain. It is believed that the Triumph Bonneville 1100 will develop around 90hp. Whatever the outcome will be, the new Triumph Bonneville 1100 will be a strong rival for Honda’s CB1100.
